Alex Heidt has fostered a long and distinguished career in the defense industry for companies such as Lockheed Martin, Harris Corporation, Raytheon, and Alion. His expertise spans multiple functional roles in the areas of P&L management, acquisitions and divestitures, law, business development, finance, and contracts. Alex Heidt has led and/or participated in over $12 billion of acquisitions, divestitures and integrations over his career. Developing due diligence methodologies and integration metrics led to accretive results for all integrations within a 12-month time frame. His P&L responsibilities included $500 million in annual sales and has spanned nearly every US government agency as well as global reach across six continents. His broad knowledge base across multiple disciplines provides him the insight and capability to create strategic imperatives that produce results.  Alex Heidt served in the United States Marine Corps, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Master of Finance, Juris Doctor of Law, and is admitted to the Virginia Bar.
